My experience with this app is one of the worst. 1st it took forever to try and make a payment. Apparently, you can only use credit card to pay although they have K-net and cash on delivery options! 2nd they charge extra 1 KD when using credit card on top of your actual order receipt. 3rd 5 failed tries I had to go through before my order is placed. 4th The provided tracking order is wrong and cannot be used to track your order. 5th There is McDonald's Branch 10 minutes away from where I live and yet the order is an hour and half LATE!! This was awful. I would not recommend this app to anyone
