Keyboard issues, can’t navigate, barely useable in windowed mode. How hard can it be ??

The physical device is just fine, but charging a subscription for what I consider is basic functionality like nicer sounds... that's bad business. I didn't appreciate the "start free trial" screen where it's impossible to skip unless you shut down the app.

The account option to turn off marketing notifications isn't working. I'm still getting them for months after I turned it off and it's very annoying :(

What year is this?

I hate using this app for the following reasons: - Crappy / no landscape support (iPad) - Notifications are a mess, they are never updated correctly - Inbox isn’t clear, it’s hard to understand what I’m supposed to react to. Not sure how the mighty Facebook can be behind such a terrible experience. Stop the A/B testing and start creating better experiences.

Both Apple’s and Microsoft’s apps support keyboards, which is a huge differentiator. I love sheets on the desktop but the mobile app just doesn’t cut it :(

When it connects it's ok and the UI is nice. But the connection issues really make it difficult to use. I'd sometimes just want to download to offline but that requires a subscription... I don't think it's fair to charge extra for it because i just can't use the app at all at times... :(

Downloaded the app for iPhone (I have it on my iPad). Tried to login with FB. Didn't work. Tried again. Didn't work. Fix it...

I love the fact that you implemented keyboard shortcuts. I love that it's behaving very similarly to the web app. Really awesome work.

Going native was the right choice here, this app looks and responds great!
