I will not use this app because I don't believe it's safe to have such personal data on the servers of the app developers. If they bring back iCloud I will use this app again. They say the data can be better encrypted on their servers but if you google "iCloud encryption" it clearly states that the data is encrypted in transit and on the server. So, why not give us the option to use iCloud? I used iCloud sync on the previous version with no issues at all. In fact I was better able to secure my private data as it was automatically copied to my Mac and backed up with Time Machine. I couldn’t hav

I was a little skeptical when the app only had a placeholder icon after installing. I signed in, clicked claims and… blank screen. Restarted app and got the same thing. So the app is useless as it stands. I hope they get it working better because the UMR website is not user friendly so my fingers are crossed that this app might be a better option once they get it working.

This app and bank used to be great. At some point in 2022 the app and bank started having issues. The most egregious problem I have had is, after signing in the app say “you have no accounts at Ally bank “. Depending on the situation this can be terrifying. I tested live fire drills this weekend. After spending a good bit of time adjusting settings, at best, I was able to get about 80% accuracy. I was drawing and firing a single shot each time. 20% of the time it counted 2 shots. I would all like to see a way to save my session data to my iPhone so that I can see improvement over time.
