The UMR app makes it easy to access important details about your health care benefits. Sign in anytime to:
• Find costs and care – Search for in-network health care providers, hospitals, and clinics – and see what you can expect to pay.
• View your plan details – Find up-to-date plan balances, including any deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts.
• Check your claims: Review claim information for recent services and receive paperless copies of your EOBs.
• See timely “Things to do” – Get personalized alerts about steps for managing your health and benefits.
• Contact us – Reach out for assistance by chat, call or secure messaging.
