Meta Ads Manager

Since i started using meta ads with my team i have reached so much for my start this is ana amazing project and it will help me reach higher levels by the way is making me grow very thankful

No problems at all with the app other than lead forms information from my ads are appearing cluttered, unoptimized for viewing on mobile devices and interaction with the contact information are minimal to none. That’s my major and only issue with the mobile manager

No Dark mode support!!! 1. I can’t disable some campaigns! Just buttons is not tapped! Some glitches every time! Deal breaker. When I enabled campaign it reenables all my adsets, which was selectively enabled/disabled by me before from desktop. Omg this is is really horrible! 2. UI on iPhone 13 looks ugly, all buttons are under the notch! Test your apps in Zoom mode omg! No support iPad’s! Big canvas You should fully adopt this app for iPad 12.9 screen - which supports natively landscape orientation! Currently it’s portrait for iPad pro 12.9, omg, moreover you should use iPad’s large canvas

I have tried every support tab I could find to ask them to stop charging me. I used the service for one item on marketplace. It hadn’t sold in less than two weeks so I ended the listing. So far I’ve had three bills for different amounts plus I now have two different accounts? Nothing listed under either. I just want to find out how to get meta ads to stop! Quick me! I no longer want to use this “service” with why to actually connect to a real place to STOP billing me.

All of Metas business platforms are awful. Confusing, hard to navigate, glitchy, and I feel like I need 4 apps just to edit my page. Ad manager is always crashing, and I can’t even update everything I need to while on the app. Which makes me have to use the PC. It often shows a different status and ad data than than business suite and ad center on the PC. While trying to create an ad they are trying to incorporate too many ai features. Which makes it almost impossible to satisfy the AI ad gods. Sometimes I just want to create my own ad and let it run without all the confusing garbage.

Having been using ads manger since its early conception I’ve got to say that even though I set my ads up on my desktop it’s amazingly simple to monitor and edit my existing campaigns via the app!

If you can catch it on a good day it works pretty well. More often though, it has an array of plan killing bugs that prevent me from using it. One day it might be because you can’t select an end date and time for an ad because it doesn’t fully render the screen you need to input the time and date. Another day it might insist on merging text from another post with your current post when trying to use an older ad as a template. This app previously was great and you could see what you were spending by day, by date range etc and they removed that feature so you can’t use the app to have any idea what you’re spending on Ads. It feels like a they want you to not monitor your spending which is a bit disturbing. It’s very unfortunate that they’ve made this change. I have to use Sprout Social to manage my Meta ads now because of this.

However, I do believe that there are some issues that we can’t run through the app iOS versus Windows. Cause you have to make the assumption that everyone has access to a computer at that point.

I don’t know who’s in charge of Meta ads messenger app. However, they’re failing at the simplest part of the app being able to access photos and video for you to create an ad. At that it’s absolute failure for to not work once you even give them full access or partially access. This is what makes TikTok better. This is why TikTok ads are beating Meta in all areas. I recommend going to TikTok and promoting and marketing your products. Leave me alone until they learned to fix their marketing issues.

There’s always an issues with adding funds. It always says there was error adding funds, try again but then few minutes later. It charges the card and funds the account. So it you keep trying error after error you might be getting charged. BUT right now is shows same error but account isn’t getting funded after trying 5 days already . Yes the card has funds, same card I’ve used before, and other cards get funding error. And I can’t remove the cards to try again (gives error!) And on top can’t submit support ticket because also an ERROR!!!! Nothing works, and no it’s not my phone or card. BAD

I’ve been using Facebook’s Ads Manager to promote a new page I recently created, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience has been. Not surprising the company scking off trump is terrible. I don’t know what you all are doing over there but it’s definitely not work. You can’t even use the app because it doesn’t let you pinpoint a location and pick the mile radius it only lets you do it in browser. I opted to run the same ad I ran a year ago only to find out the day it was approved that Facebook decided that it should run for the whole United States and not the region that I had selected a year ago. I corrected the region only to find out 10 days later when I only got a bill for 2.47 that Facebook canceled the ad without telling me. I have spent over 150k on meta ads so Yes you can make money on Meta ads but the headache is becoming unbearable they charge me $400 in 10 mins for ad with a $500 budget multiple times per month. Wasting thousands of dollars a month. Then when I go to support they give me a run around for hour about how that’s normal and you should expect to spend up to 175% of your budget. You would think that a company with the size and budget of meta would be able to design an app that is stable and usable. Or actually maybe you wouldn’t. Maybe you would expect a slow and buggy app paired with the worst support you have ever seen. Everything is extremely counter intuitive. Meta/facebook makes their money from ads, so how is their ad platform this bad? Do they not want more money? I would have expected from Meta better service and support but I was surprised by the extreme lack of support and the most incompetent team ever , not only they waste your time with endless chat and even call but your problem remains unresolved ; no wonder other apps are winning over Meta/instagram, they should title their department “the no care no support team”, extremely disappointing and frustrating

Pretty great and easy to use. I get good results. I wish that banks didn’t see that this was from Facebook. They constantly block my card thinking that my transactions are fraudulent because of all the fraud on Facebook itself. Other than this, I owe a big part of my success to them and I am grateful.

Ad account consistently disabled for no reason given. Customer support is out of the country and doesn’t know what to do most of the time and also consistently claims that they can help so now I’m stuck with disabled accounts and customer service who don’t know how to help. Meanwhile, I pay for ads and I pay for verification. This is a disgrace. They should’ve never bought Instagram. This is the reason TikTok keeps going doing business with meta-is a complete slap in the face and a joke.

From building an ad, to general navigation of the app, Meta Ads Manager is consistently broken. After messing with this app forever to finally sort of have an idea of how to navigate it, you finally are almost finished with building an ad and go to add a picture, the screen crashes, everything you have done in making the ad, is gone and you have to restart. They message you the first time within a few hours. You’re expected to respond to them multiple times within 5 minutes or they close the chat. Then each time they close the chat you have to wait hours again for a new agent to enter the chat and help you. It’s obnoxious. I was just taking the pictures they asked for and they ended the chat. Now I have to wait another few hours!

It was working fine for a while, but I’ve noticed recently that the ads manager does not update the proper information on ads that are currently running. Important things like how much has been spent, response metrics and things like that. The ads are quite obviously running, but I can’t determine how much was spent nor their success rate with this app.

The app doesn’t work as intended AT ALL, and customer support literally doesn’t exist. This is not hyperbole. There’s not a way to contact customer support. For example, I added funding to the account. Tried to run ads from my FUNDED account. They kept trying to charge my credit card to run the ads instead of using funding. Tried to reach out to support. They kept telling me how to verify my credit card so they could charge my card instead of using funding. Verified 5+ times and they kept trying to reverify. Total clown show.

My instagram account got caught up in the mass Meta AI bans, and I’ve been forced to make a new one and start all over. I’m trying to create ads so I can grow my account, however in order to do that I need to link the account in the ads manager I can’t download! This is absolutely insane and I get getting run around in circles with absolutely NO help. I would give this 0 stars if I could, this is literally the worst app EVER!

I’ve had a professional page since 2014, where I built my business and digital presence. In February 2024, my account was hacked, and I’ve been locked out for 18 months. The hackers used my account to make charges on my credit cards, causing financial and personal damage. I’ve submitted over a thousand reports through every channel available. There is no way to speak to a real person, no effective support—only automated messages telling me to wait for a review that never comes. App tells me to add funds to resume ads, I do then then it tells me I have no funds!!!! My account is locked but no one from customer service fixes my case. My only option is to sue META because I have funds that I can’t even use! The app tells me all sorts of conflicting information that will certainly raise eyebrows from regulators. Definitely reducing my ad spend on meta solely due to how horrible their customer service is.

This is such a wast of space you can’t create anything I tryed to create an ad with a video and I put in full access and it says go to I pad setting and I already did and it still won’t let me put in a video AD. Don’t wast your time it will only let me do single picture but you can’t explain what the product is that way.
