App tells me to add funds to resume ads, I do then then it tells me I have no funds!!!! My account is locked but no one from customer service fixes my case. My only option is to sue META because I have funds that I can’t even use! The app tells me all sorts of conflicting information that will certainly raise eyebrows from regulators. Definitely reducing my ad spend on meta solely due to how horrible their customer service is.
