From building an ad, to general navigation of the app, Meta Ads Manager is consistently broken. After messing with this app forever to finally sort of have an idea of how to navigate it, you finally are almost finished with building an ad and go to add a picture, the screen crashes, everything you have done in making the ad, is gone and you have to restart. When you run a business by yourself, wasting so much time on this app is coasting me more money than this app is supposed to be helping me bring in.
