Description

The FUTÁR application by BKK Centre for Budapest Transport has been renewed under the name BudapestGO, which, in addition to real-time route planning, has been extended with new functions: you can buy digital single tickets, daily and weekly travelcards or passes in the application and you can also be informed immediately about the current transport service changes. You can use the route planner with a cleaner and clearer interface, facilitated by a number of new features. New features in the app: - Ticket and pass purchase, journey planning in a single app - Digital single ticket now also available - Automatic pass renewal - Traffic information (BKK Info application integrated) - Personalised transport updates via push message - Trip planning for trains and suburban railways available with a BKK-pass - Simplified interface - You can buy local or intercity tickets and passes for most municipalities in Hungary.

Absolutely terrible app.
Buying a ticket feels like a trap. You select one option and somehow end up with something different. Because of currency conversions and confusing pricing, you have to carefully check everything multiple times before paying. Otherwise you will lose money and no way they gonna give you back. Activating tickets is painfully slow. By the time the app opens, loads, activates the ticket, and lets you scan the code, the bus is already pulling away. Aggressive approach to door closing on buses leaving no time to validate before entering. In other words, bus drivers actively closing the doors while customers are clearly scanning the QR code. Wir haben unsere Tickets brav über die App für Budapest geholt. Vorgeschlagen, also direkt angezeigt, wird immer ein Single Ticket. Achtung! Hier darf man die Fahrmittel nicht wechseln. Dafür gibt es ein 30-Minuten-Ticket, das erst nach mehreren Klicks angezeigt wird. Wir konnten, trotz zahlreichem Ticketkauf in der App, jeweils 30€ Strafe zahlen - auch dank der erbarmungslosen ungarischen Kontrolleure :-/

Bezahlmöglichkeiten sind prähistorisch- wie die Möglichkeit des Ticketkaufs. Einen gnädigen Stern vergebe ich, weil die Verbindungen gut waren. Obwohl es dafür andere sehr gute Apps gibt!!!Durch dauerhafte Fehlermeldung waren Käufe nicht möglich-Ende vom Lied: Wegen Schwarzfahren 25000 HUF sofort bezahlt. Weder erschließt sich aus der App eine andere Form des Ticket Kaufs, zb nächster Automat noch dass Tickets bei Fahrern gelöst werden können!!!
