Dear Budapest Go Support, I would like to report a frustrating experience I had with your app. When I tried to open it, it took a long time to load and then suddenly crashed – exactly at the moment when a ticket inspector arrived. When I tried to log in again, I was asked to verify my email, but I never received the verification email, even though I entered the correct address and checked my spam folder and refreshed multiple times. Because of this issue, I was forced to buy a new ticket, even though I already had one. I find this unacceptable and I kindly request a refund for the additional
