I keep playing Complex partner and computer keeps providing us with card#2 between myself and my partner to get last two !! There is no way this is computer shuffled. I was charged for an in-game purchase that I did not make during Ramadan. I reported the unauthorized transaction to Apple, and after review the App Store issued a refund. After the refund was processed, the developer revoked my access to the game entirely, effectively punishing me for disputing an unauthorized charge. So i downloaded this game since it was first released and years later i get suddenly banned no warning no explanation i tried to reach customer support twice and turns out it was because if my profile picture that i added since the game released. Thieves!! That’s what they are!! There is an obvious bug(one of many) that when you join a paid competition no other players join, they claim it’s because they are looking for players at you level, and then the match time is over and you lose your tokens, you chat with support and you get a very dumb people that don’t comprehend anything and their only response is “jawaker has no bugs”, no businesses in the world would say that except those ignorant thieves!

From my experience , Was playing in competition a bad partner he bid for 13 in Tarneeb game on top of my bidding , and we all know when partner bid for 13 is to make you lose the competition, when i raised a complaint to the moderator he banned me from competitions for 24 hrs, when i asked the support team to review the action they informed me that it was the right action and when i asked them for the reason they don’t give any clear answer you just broke the rules of the game knowing that i’m the one who lost the game because of the bad behavior of my partner instead of banning me they banned

Cards are not random
The cards you get in trix complex or in tarneeb are not random. For example, in trix complex, I often get two or three aces with a bunch of two’s and three’s, making the hand useless for complex or trix. Switch to tarneeb and you get mainly low cards. It’s rigged toward paying customers, and you’re just there to entertain them.

So, as a follow up to my original review. I’ve had issues with the application not allowing me to submit a “unjustified click” complaint. Because this has happened on more than one occasion where the app throws a card before my time runs out, and of course costing me a game. This game was absolutely amazing but now I can say it is literally Rigged they rig matches “random lags “ so your time expires in events ON the most important games.. became a joke you charge tokens to play you have cheaters on big tables you try to enjoy an event playing pool your turn lags on the final shot and the opponent magically gets a free hit and ends the game smoothly. Update: i got an email from developer asking me to change my review or get fully banned so no i can’t enter free game with my account really at trust worthy developer Original : I got banned after in-app purchase and don’t get any explanations then i asked for refund after more than 24 hour of contacting support to then get answer that they blocked me for asking for refund . So they know the future and blocked me before i even think about refund . You have better odds winning real money at a casino. Never seen anything like this. You play 100 competitions and lose them in a row so you can buy tokens from them. literally the worst app ever
