I was charged for an in-game purchase that I did not make during Ramadan. I reported the unauthorized transaction to Apple, and after review the App Store issued a refund. After the refund was processed, the developer revoked my access to the game entirely, effectively punishing me for disputing an unauthorized charge. This raises a serious concern: If a player is billed incorrectly and Apple confirms it by issuing a refund, developers should not retaliate by blocking access to the game.
