Cosmic Rage

So i downloaded this game since it was first released and years later i get suddenly banned no warning no explanation i tried to reach customer support twice and turns out it was because if my profile picture that i added since the game released. I asked to get ubanned twice to remove the picture and get no response. What a horrible support and terms that do not even give a warning before banning.
