It shone that had to hand my money over , but it is. When I make deposits with my debit card it only works half the time.
PayPal is not as secure as we’re told and I was hacked so it’s not an option.
I’ve tried to do ACH it denies me every time. I even went to the pay near me locations twice and they couldn’t help me. I’ve called for help and got verified, but I still can’t make a deposit. Unbelievable!

Just bought in first time in awhile, was playing 2 tables of low stakes cash, site booted me off even though my connection was fine. When I get back on my account is missing the money from my 2 tables and I can’t access those tables anymore. This app still hasn’t been improved. The location verification services are terrible. You’ll get kicked out of a tournament when your connection drops for unknown reasons. And, then you will not be able to log back in for 20 minutes because it can’t verify your location even though you’re sitting in the same spot in your home where you’ve been playing for the last three hours!! :( Customer service provides no solutions for this problem and no compensation. I wouldnt get this app unless you plan on not withdrawing any of your money. Ive had the app for a month and have been going through a withdrawal process for 3 weeks now. A couple weeks ago they suspended my account without giving any reason whatsoever for over two weeks. I have only added funds the proper way and played in a normal fashion without the use of a VPN or HUD. The entire application is unrefined and clunky from logging in to gameplay.
Logging in should not be so difficult! When you log in it’s a 50/50 chance you may not connect or if you do it fails to start correctly.
Let’s say you finally do log in successfully.. then you got to either deposit cash or jump right into a game.
If you’re on a downbeat, then you’re going to need to deposit some cash. Minimum is $10 - no problem. However, that cash doesn’t appear unless you log off and log back in! It’s ridiculous! And now you have to play roulette on logging back in again lol
