WSOP.com is the worst

Just bought in first time in awhile, was playing 2 tables of low stakes cash, site booted me off even though my connection was fine. When I get back on my account is missing the money from my 2 tables and I can’t access those tables anymore. And the software keeps showing me error Messages, so I contact support and after spending some time with their rep, she tells me that my money is “stuck on the tables” and to be patient for them to refund now it’s been an hour and still no money back in my account. Even my win loss for the day clearly shows I only lost $30. When in fact my balance is $130
