I’m not sure if I’m the only person that’s having this problem. I’m trying to withdrawal my money, first they said I couldn’t be verified for a bank transfer even after sending in multiple documents. Then I tried withdrawing cash at a casino, the staff took my information said to come back in the morning, had to pay $35 for parking. Came back the next day and they said they are still unable to help me. Now theirs just cash in my account that can’t be taken out and I’m not sure what to do with it.
