Horrible customer service
Completed ID verification and opened account on July 11, 2025. Process took a few days but was reasonable to me. Uploaded cash no problem (of course). Played on my phone July 19, 2025 and was disconnected mid game after paying a $50 entry fee. Could not reconnect on the phone app. Logged in on my computer to try to capture “game history” for the game I was disconnected from. July 21, 2025 my account was suspended and funds locked due to “suspicion of sharing my account with multiple parties” which is not something I was doing. contacted customer service multiple times to show me proof of what
