The support is for the penis
Yesterday I have ordered 2 servings of kontosouvli, a dish that is roasted. I got served some kokkinisto food which was boiled and in general NOT what I have ordered. Because it was late I was hungry, I kept the wrong order. Today I have contacted efood support to mention that my order was wrong and that I wanted to make new order BUT this time I want to get what I paid. The support with the store told me that the delivery was correct and the food was swimming in fluids due to a pepper...ffs you are morons and you lie.

The Only Thing That Arrived On Time Was the Charge
Ordered flowers. Money: deducted instantly, like a Formula 1 pit stop. Order: mysteriously cancelled with zero explanation through sms. Apparently sending money to another continent takes 5 seconds in 2026, but issuing a refund takes 2–3 business days and the alignment of several planets. Result: No flowers for my wife on Women’s Day. This nearly cost me a full week of nagging, which I assume your company will also process with a 2–3 day delay.

Something is wrong with food
I use efood a lot but lately the quality is their services are getting worst and their extra fees and charges become higher. And i will share two examples. I ordered from efood market groceries delivery and selected delivery day Saturday afternoon which had limited capacity but was available. I got charged, and my groceries never arrived at the defined time. Checking on the orders list I saw that the order was rescheduled for Monday morning without a single notification. A service like this cannot exist without customer support. Mistakes are common and we need to be able to talk to someone when things go wrong. They removed the phone line (which was really top notch) and replaced it with a chat service that DOES NOT WORK. Will not use again.

Scammers
They refuse to refund my subscription. They charge me without notification. I sent a message about a refund an hour after the funds were withdrawn, and all I got in response was: "It's your own fault for not reading our terms." This is nonsense. There are no physical or digital restrictions to process a refund. They only advise: unsubscribe from the subscription, then we won't charge you in a year. The customer support's communication with the client is derogatory.

If “unethical employer” is not enough; e-food illegitimately withheld money that was to be returned and for a week their customer service insisted the money has been returned to my account but probably the bank deleted it (???). I follower the procedure and requested they sent me the CS chat scripts at the very least as they refused to send any other form of confirmation about the money return. I was assured I will receive the chat script- but never did.
