They refuse to refund my subscription. They charge me without notification. I sent a message about a refund an hour after the funds were withdrawn, and all I got in response was: "It's your own fault for not reading our terms." This is nonsense. There are no physical or digital restrictions to process a refund. They only advise: unsubscribe from the subscription, then we won't charge you in a year. The customer support's communication with the client is derogatory.
