La aplicación Garmin Connect™ es un recurso centralizado en el que podrás consultar datos sobre ejercicio y salud. No importa si estás entrenando para una carrera, si quieres mantener un estilo de vida activo o si simplemente quieres estar al tanto de tu salud, Garmin Connect te ofrece la información y la inspiración que necesitas para alcanzar tus objetivos.
Una vez que hayas vinculado el smartphone(1) con un Forerunner®, Venu®, fēnix® u otro dispositivo de Garmin compatible(2), podrás revisar las actividades registradas y las métricas de salud. Además, puedes crear sesiones de entrenamiento y trayectos, y desafiar a tus amigos en la clasificación.
