Li ho provati tutti
E ad un certo punto avevo iniziato a pensare che una gestione GTD della propria vita non fosse possibile. Poi ho scaricato quest’app. Alla fine la cosa si riduce allo strumento utilizzato. Ho sempre letto che alcune persone applicano GTD con un quaderno cartaceo e una matita. Buon per loro. Io non riesco. Io ho bisogno di uno strumento strutturato, Smart, che mi agevoli nel suddividere e nel pianificare. Todoist fa quello che faceva omnifocus prima di lui, ma lo fa con la metà del carico dell’interfaccia. Con il Doppio della pulizia degli elenchi. Con la rapidità con la quale si creano filtri.

Perfetta ma
La uso ormai da circa 2 mesi tramite la formula gratuita e devo dire che è molto completa come funzionalità, design minimal come io la desideravo, integrata bene con iCloud e non male con i widget. A mio parere per il tipo di uso e di persona che sono avrei preferito una la possibilità di acquisto a licenza anziché ad abbonamento, sicuramente non necessaria per la maggior parte del tempo; però nel mio caso utile per schedare con più specificità le attività da svolgere tramite il loro sistema chiamato progetti (che appunto sono dei raggruppamenti di diverse todo list). La migliore app di task management che io abbia provato. È un app davvero fatta bene, nel design e nelle funzionalità che sono molte, ma semplici ed essenziali permettendo una gestione veloce ed efficace senza perdite di tempo. Insomma non si rischia di passare più tempo a organizzarsi che a fare le cose. È molto intuitiva e le funzioni di riconoscimento automatico delle date cicliche dal testo è fantastico. raramente recensisco, solo in casi particolari, e devo dire che TODOIST è proprio quell’app particolare, in perfezione. Apprezzo molto questa app ed è stata una piacevole scoperta da quando cercavo una semplice,ma utilissima app, che mi permetta di aggiungere cose da fare, assegnare una data (anche con il fantastico riconoscimento della data in automatico) o compiti ricorrenti, appunti al volo, e altro, in modo semplice e soprattutto ben sincronizzabile con l’AppWatch. Lo uso spesso, anzi, lo vorrei usare sempre ma alcune volte me ne dimentico! Grazie a questa App riesco a fare di più in meno tempo. Semplicemente perchè mi ha fatto cambiare il modo di affrontare le cose da fare. Si parte dalla prima in lista e pian piano via, si spuntano le cose fatte! #tantaRoba Sicuramente potrò ottimizzare ancora perchè non utilizzo note e le altre cose che offre al massimo, ma per ora va già benissimo!

Ci sono alcuni problemi fastidiosissimi
Il primo problema è che si modifica un task sul quale si era inserita precedentemente una scritta che viene interpretata come scadenza (es. “fine settimana” scritto per iscritto nella descrizione), appena si riapre per la modifica e di tenta di cambiare il testo, risulta difficilissimo modificarlo perché l’app prova ad evidenziare continuamente quella scadenza e le lettere che digito vengono saltate con il risultato che è praticamente impossibile modificare il testo. Il secondo problema è la scarsa usabilità dell’app in generale. A mio avviso dovrebbe essere progettata meglio, alcune funzioni

Ciao! Uso da poco Todoist ma mi ritrovo davvero molto bene! Però una cosa che mi turba è il fatto di non ricevere le notifiche. Non mi piace che per ricevere il promemoria di fare una cosa, dovrei diventare un premium. Secondo me è essenziale averlo. Migliorerebbe di gran lunga questa app e risulterebbe davvero molto utile. Adesso invece di usare “promemoria” del mio Apple, l’ho disinstallato per far spazio a todoist. È molto scomodo usare todoist per programmare la giornata e poi andare su promemoria per avere la notifica push... Se potesse toglierlo dalla zona premium, ne sarei davvero molto

vorrei essere sintetico nel rispetto della stessa filosofia di ToDoIst..... “come fare tanto con così poco”. In pochi giorni, senza corsi, senza lettura di manuali biblici, inizierai ad usare un’app pensando di gestire delle semplici liste/cose da fare.....per trovarti poi proiettato in una gestione senza confini. E non oso pensare a come sarà fra 1 anno considerando l’evoluzione settimanale del prodotto.......veramente complimenti, soldi spesi bene.

Cercavo un applicazione per organizzare le mie attività ma che fosse anche semplice e all’avanguardia. Applicazione fantastica che può aiutare a rivoluzionare la propria vita. Il senso di sicurezza che da poter scrivere subito da qualsiasi piattaforma quello che viene in mente di fare è impagabile. Il riconoscimento automatico delle date è incredibile e tutta l’organizzazione in generale è perfetta. In più sincronizza in modo istantaneo su qualsiasi dispositivo e GRATUITAMENTE, senza abbonamenti mensili o annuali. Se si paga dovete dirlo subito
Prima ancora di entrare nel merito della qualità di una app, occorre rispettare il diritto alla trasparenza. Se dichiarate che una app consente di fare determinate operazioni ed è gratuita, tali operazioni devono essere praticabili con la versione base. Altrimenti basta dire subito che l’app è a pagamento.
