Llevo un tiempo usando Todoist y me parece una herramienta fantástica, pero sufro un problema constante en mi flujo de trabajo que frena muchísimo mi productividad. Cuando acabo de crear una tarea y estoy dentro de su ventana de edición, es frustrante no poder convertirla en subtarea de otra tarea existente mediante un comando de texto directo. Actualmente, si quiero que una tarea sea "hija" de otra que ya existe en mi lista, no tengo una forma rápida de hacerlo sin romper mi ritmo: 1. El "Añadir rápido" no lo permite (la barra / es solo para secciones, no para tareas). 2. Los atajos de teclad

El mejor gestor de tareas
A lo largo de los años he probado todo tipo de gestores de tareas de pago, sin que finalmente me haya convencido ninguna hasta probar Todoist. Sigo usando para los recordatorios simples la aplicación nativa de Apple, pero para la gestión de los proyectos y mi trabajo esta aplicación es para mi la mejor. Llevo años usándola y dispone de muchas opciones en su versión gratuita, pudiendo mejorarlas con la versión de pago. La recomiendo para gestionar tareas en proyectos donde opciones más simples se quedan cortas.

La he utilizado durante 8 años y excelente tanto la versión gratis como ahora en pro, luego probé otra App TickTick pero nada no le gana, tenia problemas de sync, y el diseño y el colocar tareas por escrito iba mal, volví y otra vez me sentí como en casa jejeje no creo que vuelva a cambiar. 2025: probé más apps, clickup, Notion, recordatorios de Apple con tahoe, y es que lo simple es sofisticado según Davinci y como centro de control diario es la mejor, y para proyectos grandes ahora uso obsidian, las demás tienen más si pero ejecutar sin fricción esta es la mejor

Muy nueva aplicación , cuesta un poco habituarse a ella al principio y más si como yo viene de otra aplicación similar. La única cosa que cambiaría es que se pudiesen asignar las tareas a más de una persona ala vez. Hay tareas que las gestionamos parte del equipo y me gustaría poder especificarlo con las asignaciones a más de una persona. Gracias
