I used to love this app so much bcoz it’s lit Netflix for books and etc., now everything’s so limited, even if you subscribe. Standards give you 1 token (1 book or audio) for a month, and Plus gives you 3 tokens lang. What a downgrade.

Can't access books
Edit: There is no ticket number on your in-app support. So I opted for a 30-day free trial to get a feel of the app, but then I was charged. I said ok, no problem, then went ahead to look for the book that I want to read. But everytime I try to read it, or any other book, the "Start your free trial" dialogue box pops up again, and when I try to select start free trial it says I'm currently subscribed - SO WHY CAN'T I ACCESS A BOOK? I reached out to support but it has been a few days now and I am yet to receive a response.

I have paid for a subscription but it won’t reflect on my account, still showing me to try free trial and when I click on that option it only shows and proves that I AM already subscribed but then I can’t read any book at all. I did some basic troubleshooting myself but did not change at all. I reported the issue twice but no one ever came back to me. just outright stole my money! 👎👎

There used to only one subscription plan, which I subscribed to. Now- they created a much much more expensive subscription plan which basically made the legacy one useless - because 99% of the books I want to read are unavailable.. so basically they’re forcing legacy users to unsubscribe… and subscribe to the new one which means on top of the more expensive monthly, need to be paying for every book, unlike the legacy subscription when everything was included. Which is a scam because their ad seems to say everything’s included in the subscription. You could probably just increased the price of

Please make audiobooks for “Foul is Fair” by Hannah Capin and “Beautiful Little Fools” by Jillian Cantor and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E Schwab be made available again here in Philippines. This is absolutely worth it. It has bugs sometimes and it buffers which is only my pet peeve, but over-all it's still a five for me and it's affordable. And I have seen so many books that's so helpful that can help so much and so many books that I listened to,had scoped and had finished that I never knew before. Idk why this is not that famous as i thought it is. So underrated imo.💕 It's been a year since i've been using it. I just hope they bring some unavailable books back againn! I would still highly recommend !

I’ve been using this for more than a year, and though it is not unlimited as they claim, I find that this is the perfect subscription for someone who listens to 2 audiobooks per week. Can’t imagine not having this in my life. Hope they will add more books to their collection!

Scribd is NOT UNLIMITED READING. They use this to bait you. Once you subscribe, books will disappear from your shelf. In my case, a whopping 13 interesting books were no longer available IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYMENT. Scribd replied telling me this basically just happens and that no refund would be forthcoming because I had already accessed other books….yep to see which ones I actually had access to. There’s been a serious glitch that Scribd has not addressed for months: flipping into blank pages of sheet music. Why a lot of stories are not available already? I have been experiencing this for a few months already.
