I have paid for a subscription but it won’t reflect on my account, still showing me to try free trial and when I click on that option it only shows and proves that I AM already subscribed but then I can’t read any book at all. I did some basic troubleshooting myself but did not change at all. I reported the issue twice but no one ever came back to me. just outright stole my money! 👎👎
