Edit: There is no ticket number on your in-app support. So I opted for a 30-day free trial to get a feel of the app, but then I was charged. I said ok, no problem, then went ahead to look for the book that I want to read. But everytime I try to read it, or any other book, the "Start your free trial" dialogue box pops up again, and when I try to select start free trial it says I'm currently subscribed - SO WHY CAN'T I ACCESS A BOOK? I reached out to support but it has been a few days now and I am yet to receive a response.

I'm logged in via facebook and I already authorized zynga poker to use my log in but suddenly keeps asking me to log in again everytime I open the app
