Skyward Mobile Access

My parents are like super strict and I have to check my grades constantly to make sure that they are up to date but when finals came the teachers said they were in and they weren’t… but other than that, this app is really good

This app for my family and I has not let us go into the grades and it says mobile login canceled the button that says log in and I am signed in which is good but the buttons on it don’t work so we delete it and when it needs to locate us the buttons don’t work again horrible experience I just want to see my kids report cards

I am a thirteen year old kid who is constantly getting bigger by my parents to check my grades and prove them to my parents. But recently, my phone glitched and I had to delete and reinstall the app, but when I go to select an organization after opening app, it will not let me select it, and will not click the button every time I go to click it, and I cannot view my grades or anything because I cat get in and this is so frustrating!!

It’s amazing to me that this company is still in business. The only thing I can think of is that their stuff must be significantly cheaper to purchase and it definitely shows in the low quality of their product. Their website access isn’t any better.

I don’t leave reviews but this is a must. I despise this app. I have to reset my password way to often because it expires every time I turn around! And it won’t allow you to reset via your phone, you have to use a different device. It’s a SCHOOL app, I couldn’t care less who sees my children’s grades or what their meal account balance is. Unfortunately it’s the only app our school uses so I’m stuck with it:( Remove this ridiculous setting from the app. Now with the new version my children’s school can’t help me reset and there is no forgot password option. New user interface allows for me to better access what I need without much hassle like before

oker so i use this as a student and its good all except for ONE THING. please get rid of the option when you open the app where it says “would you like to stay in the app or open in browser?” like bru no that’s the whole reason i got the app so tha i dont have to get on my chromebook or open safari. please and thank you

I love skyward sm, it helps u keep track of your grades, give u ur class and ur period, the only thing I don’t like is whenever I don’t get messaged about my work being done because my guardian also has my password, it doesn’t notify me that I checked it or anything, but I think it would be cool if it would after all I’m giving a four

For just about the entirety of this school year i haven’t been able to even get into my schools network. I look up my school, make sure it’s the right one, and when I click it nothing happens. It just simply isn’t working and hasn’t been this whole year. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app at least 5 times just this second semester.

When I tried to add my account it is soooooooooo confusing I have to put in what I believe is my email and password for my computer but whatever I try to do it says could not find username/password combination it when it works. It’s a great app, but whenever I moved on to middle school, it wouldn’t let me in. It would let me in then when I pressed open an app it wouldn’t work.

So I love because you can check what he/she got like grade’s you can even check what is like pJ day.

My children’s school utilizes this app and it is no longer functioning properly but there’s nowhere within the app to notify Skyward of this. Trying to access support through the Apple Store is equally as ridiculous!!! Your app no longer allows live links from the child’s classroom teacher to their email. In fact the page goes entirely white and there is nothing displayed after clicking on the teachers name below the title of their class. I wish we could’ve informed you in another way but you’ve made it absolutely impossible for us, the users to inform you of these issues so I’m giving a one

The app is fine but it is glitchy when u put in your pin it won't let your see your grades and take a lot of talking your phone to finally open the grade book.

Literally never works, sure you can type to search your school but click on it? No. Make any selection? No. I’ve used multiple devices to try and honestly thought it was my screen for a little bit, no this app doesn’t register your selections.

I use it daily, in school and out of school! I love how you can see the class average to tell if you actually were on the good half of the scores!

thanks a lot, my father obliterated my phone because of my grades and made me sniff the residue clogging my nose with glass shards causing internal bleeding. It was a nice learning experience though so 5 stars well deserved. 🙂👍

It seems every time that the school posts report cards or something that I need to log into the app to review it will not load. It tries to start them automatically closes and no response or report or anything stating the reason or to report. This app is junk, but is REQUIRED for my child’s school. Something like this needs to be stable reliable. And it isn’t. It is the worst app I have, and would never recommend it in its current form. It is clunky and very difficult to navigate on top of the system crashing all the time.

The app itself is fine but the ui is not good to navigate through, needs some changes to make it more mobile friendly

The app has not worked in MONTHS. I haven’t been able to log on at all. I have to go through the web browser to get on. I’ve been patient for 3 months, but at this point I’m annoyed.

I’ve tried all the tricks, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, to try and reset the notifications badges count. I’m finally resigned to the fact that I just have to turn badges off in the app’s notifications setting. Super annoying. The app works fine as long as I go in to check on my kids’ info. But useless if I want a badge icon to tell me a teacher messaged me, or if there’s something else that needs my attention.

This is a horrible app, just look at the ratings… if it wasn’t mandatory to use this thing, no one would use it. The status change gives you a visual queue that it’s been updated but nine times out of 10 it has not and you have to re-update your timesheet… Do better fix it.

App goes through facial recognition and then doesn’t let me in past that. Has been happening for the 3 years I have had it so far. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling hoping it will work again. It works 1 out of 10 times. I have I have heard many parents complain about this. Please fix it.

If you click on one of the announcements and it opens a PDF, there is no back button to go back to the last page. You have to close out of the app completely and re-login. Not user friendly.

I'm a freshman using this app, and it worked for most of first semester fine, but now I can't even sign in. None of the buttons are working. I tried deleting and redownloading, but now I can't even press what district I'm in! I have to go through my laptop if I want to access anything now. On top of that, even the website is not working. When I type it into the browser, it stays loading and freezes up. I don't know whether this is a storage issue or what it could be but it's VERY annoying. Please improve this app.

This app, is just a mess i dont reslly know why still on action or fix all the bugs in it. Nothing is updated when I already re-enroll someone tha app dont updated nothing to the schools so I have to do it, like 10 times a least. Not recommended but is the one schools used for 😟

This is a great app to be able to see my grades for school but I have now run into the problem that I tried to access my grades but it wouldn’t allow me so I deleted the app and now it won’t even let me remake my account

Skyward isn’t a bad app overall, but there’s one issue that makes it frustrating to use. The app opens, but the “Open in App” button for viewing your grades barely responds. Everything else on the screen works except the part you actually need. It can take five to fifteen minutes of tapping before it finally opens. Once it does open, it works normally and is easy to use—but getting to that point is the problem. On top of that, the app has locked me out before and told me I had too many wrong attempts, even though I used Face ID correctly. This needs to be fixed so students can actually check

People who released it are incompetent. The app doesn’t work on the iPhone 16 pro max - latest software. Really - select ISD - can’t click it. Controls inside the app - like on desktop. I bet ISDs are paying a lot of money for this platform and it is written like in 1990s - awful. I hope our ISD will get rid of it.

I don’t get the hate. I mean I’m able to see my grades just fine and I’m a freshman so to be able to see my grades in my phone is so much better than having to log onto my computer
