Annoyed parent47

App goes through facial recognition and then doesn’t let me in past that. Has been happening for the 3 years I have had it so far. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling hoping it will work again. It works 1 out of 10 times. I have I have heard many parents complain about this. Please fix it.
