I don’t leave reviews but this is a must. I despise this app. I have to reset my password way to often because it expires every time I turn around! And it won’t allow you to reset via your phone, you have to use a different device. It’s a SCHOOL app, I couldn’t care less who sees my children’s grades or what their meal account balance is. Unfortunately it’s the only app our school uses so I’m stuck with it:( Remove this ridiculous setting from the app. Now with the new version my children’s school can’t help me reset and there is no forgot password option.
