Skyward isn’t a bad app overall, but there’s one issue that makes it frustrating to use. The app opens, but the “Open in App” button for viewing your grades barely responds. Everything else on the screen works except the part you actually need. It can take five to fifteen minutes of tapping before it finally opens. Once it does open, it works normally and is easy to use—but getting to that point is the problem. On top of that, the app has locked me out before and told me I had too many wrong attempts, even though I used Face ID correctly. This needs to be fixed so students can actually check
