Does not work anymore to purchase HCD tickets anymore since this season. We never had issues before (all of my friends are experiencingthe same…). Hope they resolve this asap.
update: not resolved in months.
workaround: delete the app and purchase the ticket over the browser (more cumbersome for sure but unfortunately the only option in place).

Troubles checking out and had to try multiple time before it finally let me select a payment method. Apple wallet support is no where to be found. Online it says you need the app to add to the wallet, well that was a lie. Finally the onboarding of the app is horrible, asking for so many permissions (notifications, location, tracking, what do you like…)

Ich kann mich nicht einloggen. Es kommt immer die Meldung, das unübliche Aktivitäten in meinem Netzwerk stattfinden. Ich bin ganz normal in meinem Heimatnetz (mobiles Netz), in meinem privaten Smartphone. Support
Ist bei Ticketmaster leider auch ein Fremdwort, weil wirklich helfen kann man oder will man nicht. Das bei einem REsale-Kauf die Tickets ausschliesslich auf der App sind, sollte man auch VOR dem Kauf komunizieren und auch schauen das die APP problemlos funktioniert.
