After purchasing tickets to the sphere a pop up asked me to claim rebate for $20/- and instead charged me another $25 for subscription and rebate are via post mail to a US address in this digital era 😂 good way to officially scam a user.

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s never been great. You would expect software updates would make it a bit crisper. The interface is poor and the app lags regularly. Also the non acceptance of Apple Pay is just annoying

You cannot send your tickets to anyone, they don't have Apple Pay, which is the worst application to have for online payment, when you save your card for the first time to pay & want to purchase another ticket for the same event, your card does not get stored inside
