Makes life harder for no reason
Does what it is supposed to do, but after not using for a while it constantly changes your password without your permission and logs you out, does not send confirmation codes like it says it does and clearly does not listen to reviews. Sercice fees are also high for absolutely nothing when you're not actually giving any services and keeps asking to edit seller info while I clearly have refund turned on my payment card which i'm guessing is for decoration. Pure definition of seeking profit over benevolance, so we'll just have to wait for the next best ticket app to come out. 🇮🇱

Cannot log into the app, access mobile tickets or even put the tickets in my mobile wallet since the update. Could see them on the computer but that didn’t do me any good unless I wanted to carry my computer to the event. Ended up transferring the tickets to another person who was going with me to the event. So sick of these updates that force a new phone purchase.

Yeah if your app can stop asking me to enable push notifications every 5 screens that would be great. Ive been using it for 5 minutes and I've been asked what feels like 25 times. So desperate. The answer is no. Easier to keep the app offloaded and only install for entry to an event then uninstall again. Id net out with less time wasted for sure.

15 year old tech masquerading as a native app
I’m not really sure what they did decided to do here. It seems like they stuck the website inside a mobile app. They seems to bounce you outside the app onto the regular web just in the iPhone. I couldn’t even accept tickets in it, From my email notification it then said in a toast notification login to the app after clicking it - it dumped me into the “void” of the app. You are left wondering how to accept the tickets. Maybe this app has some use but will most likely uninstall it.
