Possible the worst app I’ve tried.
I downloaded Line to stay in contact with friends who use it. It’s an absolute dumpster fire. The only thing that actually worked was signing up using my Apple ID. Tapping on any of the services gives me a ‘system error’ message. Trying to add a phone number gives me an error message saying that this function is not available in my country. Adding friends is next to impossible. I successfully added one friend, sent them a ‘Hello’ message and was instantly banned for violating their terms and conditions (????) My friends can’t add me. After updating to the latest app version 15.0.0, I encountered an issue where the app’s functionalities ceased to work. Attempting to resolve the problem by removing and reinstalling the app resulted in an inability to progress through the authentication screen. Both login and signup options remain unavailable. I installed the app, I joined the group of my apartment complex and right after got banned from the app for 15 days. When I asked customer service why they just told me that I have broken the app policy and when I asked how I did not have any explanation. Suddenly doesn’t work
I’ve had LINE for as long as I could remember, only changed my number once through the same account. I changed to new phone and it worked just fine until the last two weeks, it log me out and every time when trying to login or sign up, it won’t send me a text or call me for verification code. And when I try again, suddenly it gets banned for 60 minutes every time. I am so tired of it and worried sick since this app was the only way to communicate with my mom who lives in another country. I really hope it get fixed soon and really hope LINE answers me.

Get banned without notice
A social networking app that will ban you without notice or inclination that you are. The admins have the weirdest system of giving out mass shadow bans to their members without notification of this ban or why. The ban members will be allowed to do anything as they usually did without knowing that no one can see what they are saying or doing. This will continue for an undisclosed ammonia of time as the admins don’t tell you that you are banned neither how long for. The bans continue to happen without no explanation as to why.
