Oakkurasan

After I bought a new iPhone I cannot login to my account by my email. It keeps asking me to log in by phone number or facebook. When I do it just creat the new account, which I don’t need one. How can I login by email when there is no place to put it??? And why it’s impossible to contact you any where???
