groupme is usually my preferred group messaging app. I like the features it offers that some other apps might not have. there are a couple smaller things that I think would be nice, like seeing the “pending” responses on polls like you do on events, an option for people to rsvp to an event without joining the group, or being able to add more options to polls and more characters to event descriptions, but the actual ISSUE with the app is that it’s just so glitchy all the time. seems like there’s always some kinda of issue, messages not showing up has been a here and there issue in my experience

I use this app daily to keep track of many groups. It has been super helpful & user friendly for all ages. However, the newest update took away my pinned icons & instead put them in a list that looks like the regular list. It has also made it harder to find the correct group to click on & moved my regular list of groups down too low. I am also not getting any notifications of DMs anymore, only group messages. This is a great app to use for communication with families involved in sports teams. Makes for great and easy ways to get info out fast to them. My one big ask that I hope Microsoft will consider. The notifications must change. When I view this on my phone, why do I also have to view it on my iPad in order to get rid of the notification on that device? Same goes for the other way. Great but there are issues
I use this app for certain events, friend group chats, after school actives, and such as reference. I’ve been using this for well over a year. Sometimes they will work on the app or something and if may shut down from a few minutes to however long it takes, not a big issue. Another thing, randomly on my phone, as soon as I opened the app, it would kick me out or simply not load. Notifications from the app wouldn’t even work. However, it worked on my ipad somehow? So what you do to fix this, is delete the app, then redownload it and such. Fixed it for me, just a tad annoying. Hope I could help!

I love this app and the possibilities that it gives me, but the copilot feature has often crossed its own protocol’s and given me graphic and explicit content without realizing it! And when I ask it something it tends to give me completely inaccurate results, add its own unrelated information, and treat me like a child. This app is a great thing and extremely helpful especially at work. However the search feature needs a massive upgrade . When searching for something we need to be able to skip to the next search entry with the same title whether it be a picture or a text. Amazing App. Few Suggestions
I know this app is mostly used for a group of bigger settings, but if by any chance this starts become more than a group setting, and used for more friendly conversations, I am hoping that GroupMe would give an option of displaying more emojis. Glitches on scheduling
I use GroupMe to notify our team about games frequently. It is extremely annoying that after I change the date for the event I cannot change the time of the event right away. I have to exit date first before pressing the time to change it (it’ll let me change it on the dial but when I select the time it’ll go back to the previous time). I have been using this app since 2018 and it was really good back then. Not to many problems, it was simple. Through the years I had to use this app for multiple different reasons such as: work, school, group work, etc. But lately the app has been very laggy and glitchy.
