I’ve tried multiple times now to add my information to my account and find the group I downloaded the app to join, and every single time is met with an error message to try again later. Well, here we are a day later and I’m still not able to even add my name. I’ve tried on multiple networks and on data, so it’s not a connection issue on my end. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I tried reaching out to customer service only for them to ask for the same information (email associated with the account) that I told them I don’t have (because the app won’t let me add it). An
