Instead of actually solving your problem they start explaining it and don’t offer solutions. I topped up money to snoonu wallet then transferred it to my friend so we can order food, for some reason it did not transfer to her. and when i asked them to transfer the money back to her account or give me a refund on the money wasted. They just explained the problem and didn’t give me a refund and said this isn’t our problem. Do better.

I’ve noticed that the app’s performance seems to have declined over time despite the strong publicity around it. From my personal experience, deliveries often take a long time, and in many cases there are no available drivers.
Additionally, I’ve repeatedly faced situations where orders are delayed, and both the restaurant and I are unable to reach the driver or get updates. This has happened multiple times across many orders, not just once or twice, even after giving the app several chances.

Misleading cancel process & slow support ruined my order
Tried to cancel my order within seconds, but the app makes you go through multiple steps just to reach chat. By the time you can even request cancellation, the restaurant has already started preparing.
On top of that, my order was assigned to a different branch than usual, which affected delivery time and food quality (McDonald’s nuggets arrived cold and hard).
There is no direct call support, and chat response time was 30+ minutes—completely useless for time-sensitive issues like cancellation.

Snoonu refuses to refund their OWN mistakes
I placed an order through Snoonu and had an issue with it. After contacting customer support, I was told the “merchant” refused to approve a refund or re-delivery.
Here’s the catch: the shop belongs to Snoonu itself. They are both the platform AND the merchant — yet they still refused to take responsibility.
This is not a third-party issue. This is Snoonu refusing to fix their own mistake and hiding behind a fake excuse.
Save yourself the trouble. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help. Your money is gone and customer support will just apologize and close the chat.
