Just deleted the app after 6 or 7 years of using it. Hamad sold it and suddenly the CS and services dropped to zero. I’m platinum tier so imagine how much I spend using the app, and still received worst CS with the only issue I faced on years!! I’m done with this app and supporting local apps since it’s not Qatari app anymore. Their lost
