I placed an order through Snoonu and had an issue with it. After contacting customer support, I was told the “merchant” refused to approve a refund or re-delivery. Here’s the catch: the shop belongs to Snoonu itself. They are both the platform AND the merchant — yet they still refused to take responsibility. This is not a third-party issue.
