Instead of actually solving your problem they start explaining it and don’t offer solutions. I topped up money to snoonu wallet then transferred it to my friend so we can order food, for some reason it did not transfer to her. and when i asked them to transfer the money back to her account or give me a refund on the money wasted. They just explained the problem and didn’t give me a refund and said this isn’t our problem. Do better.
