Not only is the software laughably bad, it’s also a downgrade from the older app, my vacuum takes more effort to coax into cleaning properly than it would just doing it manually. There is no option to delete multiple events in different days to clear up the space. You have to go day by day. This is very annoying. Every time you delete a day a pop-up shows right where you go back and forth between the days so you need to wait for the pop up to clear up. Now my S1 Pro has been added automatically resulting in me getting notifications at all times from my vacuum. Yes, I want security notifications even when I sleep, but I do NOT want to be disturbed by robot vacuum notifications. This new “feature” is thoroughly senseless. Eufy er ok, men ikke mere end det. Købte en pakke med 4 S330 kameraer og Homebase S380 samt S330 dørklokke - alt det nye. Hardwaren har virket godt. AI-funktioner som ansigtsgenkendelse virkede fint i starten, men som flere ansigter blev tilføjet er det blevet unøjagtigt og nu kan jeg slet ikke tilføje flere. Når man skal se på optagelser tager det lang tid (sekunder) når man skal naviger rundt imellem optagelser og starte dem. Indstillinger og funktioner i app flyttes rundt og gøres forskelligt, alt efter hvilket kamera man er inde på. Og så virker alting bare som en tidlig softwareversion so

Unbelievable this app does not support Widgets!
This App does not let you edit your network settings in the camera, so yes you can connect to a WiFi network, but you can’t change any settings about either the WiFi connection or the network settings, like disabling DHCP or custom DNS/IP addresses. And it’s unbelievable that there is no widget to show a live camera feed! So you have to open the app and find the live video. I’m not really sure that Eufy actually cares about what it’s customers need, at least from what I see here in the reviews. Problems and bugs go ignored and unfixed and features don’t get added.

Draining battery and geofencing doesn’t work
I’m happy with my cameras but the APP is hopeless. Switching on geofencing means that it drains your battery fast (23% of my battery consumption is this app) and then the geofencing functionality doesn’t even work properly. 2 out of 3 times it either doesn’t activate or deactivate your system. Det er den bedste app. Jeg har prøvet, der er mulighed for forbedringer, selvfølgelig er der det. En god ting er, at på iPad kan iPad’en ligge ned og ikke som de fleste, stå op, det er besværligt - jo større - iPad’en er. Ingen abonnementer du skal have, alt virker, når du har din homebase og kameraet. Homebase kan sættes op til wifi, det vil eventuelt kunne forlænge afstanden mærkbart.
