Hello. When playing 9ball, I select 10 million as a bet, but when game starts, the total bet is 5 million. Can you fix this issus?

I am writing here because it is impossible to contact Support any other way. After a clan battle has ended, if my clan looses, I do not get the gems (black pearls) paid; and it happened 4 times that I won 1st place, my clan lost but my reward did not get paid. Now we’re talking about a few hundreds pearls. Please fix this asap.

The files (especially Word docs) don't update after I select Update, in the Offline section. I try to keep my files synced with my PC all the time, and I really need them to be updated.

If I log in with my Facebook account, I am pointed to enter my password, and there is a second message that I already approved Facebook, so I must click OK, and then there is a third window message that I have to approve, with another message; and all those just take my play mood away. Please fix this.
