Not only is the software laughably bad, it’s also a downgrade from the older app, my vacuum takes more effort to coax into cleaning properly than it would just doing it manually. Also I bought your products, don’t spam me with hundreds of non-removable ads inside the app while I’m trying to use the product I bought from you. Disgusting and terrible company, sort yourself out.
