Sales person sold me a 6 month 100 mbps plan for Rs1999/. But bills are generated for 3000, and speed reduced to 50 Mbps. Defective router and wrong configuration done by installer, thus no internet for 2 weeks until the router was replaced and reconfigured. Added a new charge calling it a reconnect. Multiple phone calls explaining above but no resolution. Receiving threatening alerts of disconnecting service. So, had to pay an additional 950 under duress.

Problematic

Sometimes it works smoothly but sometimes it makes simple processes so so complicated. Right now, I’m trying to make payment through my UPI ID but it won’t give me the option to do so whereas I have made numerous payments with my UPI ID before. For whatever reason, they want all sorts of details this time like my Debit PIN. Been trying for the past 1 hour but no option to pay through UPI ID. Waste of time and effort.

I was on their 300 mbps plan but had really bad service in JP nagar area. And they kept spamming me with additional bills even after disconnecting service and paying additional due just to stop getting their calls. Customer support is worst as they just drop the call while you wait for a response. BSNL is much better than this.

This company don't follow any process. And employees don't know about their process and procedures. I requested for disconnection on Feb 9th,2023. Considering my need I raised disconnect date as Feb 9. But this idiots disconnected on Feb 7th. When I ask them the reason, they can disconnect any time 72 hrs before the disconnect request date. There is a reason for customers to provide the service end date. When I called the customer care to resume the service till Feb 9, they said it takes 24hrs to resume the service. Website doesn’t work - you can’t login or pay bill, app doesn’t work - you can’t make any payment. Why you call youself a tech company? Price is 1/3rd more than competitors. Sales guy came within 3 hours of me asking for internet. Explained how they work and all hifi , suggested installation will happen in the evening , made me pay online and that’s it. No one showed up. Next day I called and asked them to escalate. Nothing happens. After 2 days get a message that they don’t have a switch at my place and it may take 7 days. I call again and tell them my neighbour apartment are using this service how can switch be not there. They have no idea. After 4 days someone calls and comes to put a switch . You should believe the reviews before you buy anything. I did a mistake and paying the price. It’s better to go with other service provider for better service and good customer experience. I have no hopes of talking to anyone, to get arrears( which I don’t owe them) erased from my account. They just bill you through the app without calling back. Arrears plus late payment charges. The app is one sided. Be careful while using. Once you accept an offer there is no way of going back. I made the mistake of accepting ZEE5 1 month free offer 2 days back. I have not been able to use the same as it is not operating but I get an SMS from ACT that I will be charged from November as I opted for free offer in OCTOBER. So this is the FREE offer? There is no portal in the App for redressal of problems. There is no inf regarding HELP lines for any problems/complaints. DO NOT USE APP TILL IT MEETS FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
