This company don't follow any process. And employees don't know about their process and procedures. I requested for disconnection on Feb 9th,2023. Considering my need I raised disconnect date as Feb 9. But this idiots disconnected on Feb 7th. When I ask them the reason, they can disconnect any time 72 hrs before the disconnect request date. There is a reason for customers to provide the service end date. When I called the customer care to resume the service till Feb 9, they said it takes 24hrs to resume the service.
