Sometimes it works smoothly but sometimes it makes simple processes so so complicated. Right now, I’m trying to make payment through my UPI ID but it won’t give me the option to do so whereas I have made numerous payments with my UPI ID before. For whatever reason, they want all sorts of details this time like my Debit PIN. Been trying for the past 1 hour but no option to pay through UPI ID. Waste of time and effort.
