Sales guy came within 3 hours of me asking for internet. Explained how they work and all hifi , suggested installation will happen in the evening , made me pay online and that’s it. No one showed up. Next day I called and asked them to escalate. Nothing happens. After 2 days get a message that they don’t have a switch at my place and it may take 7 days. I call again and tell them my neighbour apartment are using this service how can switch be not there. They have no idea. After 4 days someone calls and comes to put a switch . He said evening they will install and activate. Nothing happens agai
