Great Bravo shows, but horrible apps

The apps on iPhone and my tv are seriously lacking quality. There’s always some sort of error that you have to maneuver around in order to watch your shows. I absolutely love the shows, but if I had access to them somewhere else I would definitely change provider. I mean how difficult can it be to have working apps??

The app is horrible. I’m always having issues with the “signal” in the app that I don’t have with the Hayu website or other streaming services. The subtitle function doesn’t work. You might as well just work watch your shows on their website.

Worst streaming app ever!

The app simply doesn’t work. No matter how you try to re-subscribe you get an error-message. It doesn’t matter if it is through the app or the website. But somehow the app manages to reactivate the payment in iTunes, but does not active the subscription in the app. So you’re going to pay for nothing. HayU doesn’t seem to care since you allways get the same answer: “please contact customer support”. When they finally answer you get the same standard email, proving that they don’t read their emails. Worst app and customer service ever!

How is this even possible?

People complaining about the same problems for years. And Hayu giving the same answer for years. Stop lying to us. You obviously don’t care about fixing this crappy app. And yes; I too have the same problems. Constant crashing, subtitles not working, then no sound, then sound but not picture. Downloading for later use only to find that Hayu suddenly deleted all the downloads. Awesome. Will for sure not be paying for another month

This happens to me daily. And is not what i paid for. 80% of the time I can’t get on the app and it says sorry something went wrong try again later please” I have deleted the app multiple times, restarted my phone, to install hayu again, but nothing is working on the phone. Please fix this!! My phone I all new, just updated so it must og can only be on your shoulders.

Disrupted entertainment

Content is great but the app is just constantly crashing and freezing. Not only freezing the Hayu app but other apps seems to freeze too when the app is frozen - which is concerning since why would one app influence other apps. This is only when I use the Hayu app so it’s not my phone that’s broken. When watching a show there’s constantly disruptions - at least that’s how it feels like. It’s frustrating since other streaming apps are working so smooth.

What am I paying for?

but you will pay for a service that does not exist. App (as well as the website) is super buggy (half the time streaming doesn’t work) there is no customer support, no refunds for the app/website being down for months, user experience is confusing and poorly constructed. Basically save ur self the dollars and just stream illegally. This is some washed up hack job wannabe Netflix has been.
