The app simply doesn’t work. No matter how you try to re-subscribe you get an error-message. It doesn’t matter if it is through the app or the website. But somehow the app manages to reactivate the payment in iTunes, but does not active the subscription in the app. So you’re going to pay for nothing. HayU doesn’t seem to care since you allways get the same answer: “please contact customer support”. When they finally answer you get the same standard email, proving that they don’t read their emails. Worst app and customer service ever!
