To anyone who checks the app before buy a camera that uses this app its a great app most camera u are going to find that uses this app are great but the app has a very big flaw when viewing what has been stored on the camera u can’t set the play back speed meaning u can’t fast forward so if u want to view an event and don’t know exactly what second the incident happened good luck I mean u would think the person who made this app would be smart enough to know u need to be able to control the speed at Which u watching the stored video anyway the app has many more flaws but let’s not get into tho

The camera works very well and the picture quality is great. I am using hard wired for the camera connectivity because the wireless connection doesn’t work as expected. No matter what I do the camera will always show poor WiFi signal. That’s the only drawback I have noticed. The alert and notification system is spot on. We installed 5 cameras in our elderly parents home so they could maintain independence and we could verify their location in the home and to assist with their safety. We have one on the front to make sure they aren’t outside and either missing or injured. Most rooms in the house, and in the garage. Because we can turn the cameras, we can see most locations. It is also a fire and smoke safety tool. They work with the existing WiFi. Great!!

With each update, this app gets worse. Ive had these cameras for a few months and at first, it would regularly send me alarms, now it doesnt send any at all. I regularly format my 128 gb memory cards. The long form playback function still works in the app. It just wont notify me when anything is being caught. The playback even says something is in the camera, its just not giving me an alert or recording it. UPDATE: Deleted and reinstalled the app, now videos only record for 6 seconds instead of 10, it still doesnt send me all of my notifications and now theres ads everywhere. These app develop

I started using this camera after the other one become ridiculously priced for membership. I was very surprised by the video quality of it. The night vision is great, setup is very easy and you don’t have to buy a membership to be able to use it! It’s very detective, picks up every sound, clear image! You can see your live videos or talk to your pets or children in real time. It has to be plugged in for it to work, so downside is you have to put it in a place where you have an electrical outlet. For the price I am getting a few more to put around the house!

There is nothing more annoying then hearing a noise outside your home and trying to investigate it via your home surveillance cameras quickly, but immediately get a huge ad pushing their cloud service. I’ve had these cameras for about 3 years. For the most part…they do their job. BUT….there have been quite a few times where the mobile app…just doesn’t do its job. Won’t allow me to view footage I know for a fact is there (acts like it’s disconnected/hasn’t recorded). It’s a cheaper set. I get it. The set up was easy as described however during the registration process involving setting up a password, an in app ad populated the screen and asked for credit card information and a banner which indicated the card would not be charged. I assumed this was for future cloud storage, if desired, thus thought it was harmless. I was then notified by bank that a $39 charge was attempted and was flagged as fraud. Then, they made a change to where every time you go to playback video, the default source is cloud storage, even if you don’t have a cloud subscription - forcing you to change the video source every time you need to view video. Annoying but what ever. Next, they start playing ads nearly every time you open the app. More annoying. Now, they’ve started taking up half the space of the app with ads, only removing them for a ‘cloud service’ membership. I would give this more stars however, the SD cards never seem to function with this camera (replaced 2x now), does not read it. I cannot delete any videos from the “cloud” or camera memory to make room to view any playback videos once full. The option to delete any videos is non existent which in turn forces you to opt for the cloud storage gimmick. It’s a good camera with night vision, motion tracking, setting sensitivity, setting cordons, two way talk. Just update it to allow deletion and it would be top tier as I don’t care about the ads.

I’ve had this app for a few months, but only just getting on the roof to install the camera. The software seems pretty good. I have Norris others that have come and go because they are either quirky or too many ads preventing camera operation and or during operation.. One of the biggest issues is that they go offline every time it’s windy, which defeats the purpose of having security cameras in the first place. I am currently in the process of working out the issues with customer service. But I bought my cameras in October 2024 and the notifications come after the person leaves so I can never use the talk function. The app tells me my service expired 2 weeks before it has. I regret ever buying this product. After a year of use, it has only connected maybe 3 times. I had to replace 1 (before I knew they were junk) because it came defective. I bought an EEsee product because it claimed that it could be used with an SD card OR the cloud. I’ve had this for a couple weeks. Camera is fine. Much of the app interface is fine, though it’s not the greatest UX. But there’s one aspect that is a total fail: I’d like to sign up for the cloud service (and I keep getting reminders to do that). When I try to get to the screen for that, it’s just blank. Cameras work well enough but not very happy with the software to monitor cameras from an iPad. I will get the following error message for weeks on end and then all of a sudden I won’t get it anymore for quite a long time, sometimes months. The app does not give you a time to view pre-event. What I mean is, most systems when they see an event they show you 3-4 seconds before the event. So if someone comes through a door, you see the door open. Many times with this app, by the time recording starts, the person is almost out of view. The app is also slow. If I'm in my garage and I go back to the house. Sometimes I get a notice 10-15 later that human activity is seen. When I look at it, it's mean leaving the garage 15 min ago. I have tried this app with two different camera devices and have the same problem. It doesn’t recognize the setting for recording only at night. Neither manually or by choosing night only, it won’t do it. Only way to record at night is to allow 24 hour continuous or event recording. There is also no easy way to delete recording to clear camera space. You can only reformat the card. I would like to be able to delete the days I’ve reviewed and keep the ones that are of interest. My old complaint was that they added advertisements that you had to watch hindering your ability to pop up the cameras you payed hundreds for.
