This software is absolutely garbage, junk junk junk. Please do not use it. no customer support exist if you reach anything it’s in Chinese. Shut my cameras down try to force you to buy subscription iCloud storage. This software is just a big scam. Will not connect to Wi-Fi. Absolutely terrible. Had my cameras down. Came online just long enough for me to refuse subscription iCloud storage then they quit working again.
